By using this WiFi network, you deem to have wholly agreed to the terms and conditions expressed below.
"THE ISP" referred herein refers to the entity making this 'INTERNET SERVICE' available 'as is' and 'where is' to you the "CUSTOMER"
1. This WiFi is available on 'as is' and 'where is' basis with no gurantees of any kind.
2. Responsibly browse the internet while observing any applicable regulations regarding computer/internet use e.g Computer misuse and Cybercrime Acts, DMCA and so on.
3. Do not static your IP and/or DNS Address, however, it is OK to static your MAC Address rather than using a random one.
4. You should be within 100 meters of our base station or any of our remote access point stations, with no obstruction in between, for better signal quality.
5. 'THE ISP' will not be liable for poor signal/internet quality due to:
(a) a client going beyond our recommended coverage area.
(b) adverse weather conditions and/or power outage.
6. 'THE ISP' is compatible with all brands of smartphones, smart TVs, laptops & desktops with a WiFi adapter. Any other equipment like 'Customer Premise Equipment' is subject to approval.
7. 'THE ISP' reserves the right to disconnect and block a client who is deemed a threat to the network without notice and refund.
8. 'THE ISP' will NOT be liable for damages and/or loses that may be incurred while using this network.
9. Money paid CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
